  On Submit, user will soon receive an Email from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation
  If you do not receive any email, please send a copy of your ID card to eservices.techIssues@moheri.gov.om

Steps on how to use this service
 
Request for Password: You should enter your ID No and your birth date.

• All fields in red are mandatory or you will not receive your password unless all fields are inserted fully and correctly.

• On submit you have to fill email id to receive your password and notifications on them.
